You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. gembet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All deposits to and withdrawals from gembet Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time at gembet's discretion.
gembet accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, and online bank transfer. gembet reserves the right to add or remove payment method options at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Verified Accounts can expect withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. gembet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays. gembet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Real-money funds that have not been subject to any bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion. gembet reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to the Account Balance if KYC requirements remain unsatisfied at the time of processing.

Where a winning Wager exceeds any applicable maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount shall be credited to the Member's Account.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the gembet platform:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gembet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the gembet Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or gembet had been advised of the possibility of such damages. gembet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gembet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

gembet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
